Cibele leads Pipeli People and Missions: executive communication, cross-cultural preparation and purpose-built industry programmes.

Each founder remains directly involved in the work they lead.

Patrick Heiberg

Co-founder · Pipeli Business

Patrick is a Norwegian entrepreneur based in Brazil, with a background in B2B sales, commercial research and international services.

His work has involved identifying suitable organisations, assessing commercial fit and developing relationships across markets. He also founded InternationalSchools.org.

At Pipeli, Patrick leads supplier and partner searches, commercial verification and Brazil Desk services. He holds an MSc in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism from UCL.

Cibele Heiberg

Co-founder · Pipeli People & Missions

Cibele is a Brazilian entrepreneur with experience in business English and professional communication.

Through Skillcets, she built a business helping professionals develop their communication for corporate environments. Her work with clients informs a practical approach to meetings, presentations and international professional relationships.

At Pipeli, Cibele leads People and Missions, developing services for professionals working across cultures and organisations seeking industry connections and learning experiences.
