The challenge

A list of distributors doesn't build a distribution network.

Someone has to make contact, establish interest, assess fit, coordinate discussions and keep each opportunity moving. Without dedicated local capacity, promising partnerships stall.

Entering Brazil

You need suitable importers or distributors but don't have a local commercial team.

Expanding coverage

Existing partners don't cover the regions, customer segments or capabilities you need.

Supporting your Brazil representative

You have a country manager or senior contact, but need systematic research, outreach and partner follow-up.

What we do

From potential distributors to an active partner pipeline.

  1. 01

    Recruit

    • Identify distributors, importers, agents and channel partners.
    • Approach client-approved candidates in Portuguese.
    • Document interest, objections, fit and next steps.
  2. 02

    Activate

    • Coordinate introductory discussions.
    • Follow up on requested information, presentations and samples.
    • Keep progress and open actions in the agreed CRM.
  3. 03

    Manage

    • Maintain contact and coordinate reviews with agreed partners.
    • Track opportunities and agreed actions.
    • Identify gaps in regional or segment coverage.

Exact activities depend on the agreed mandate and your stage of market development.

What you receive

A managed commercial process, with visible progress.

These are agreed operating responsibilities, not guaranteed commercial outcomes.

  • An agreed Brazilian channel-development plan

  • A maintained partner pipeline in the agreed CRM
  • Documented research, outreach, responses and next actions
  • Qualified partner profiles with evidence and open questions
  • Weekly progress updates
  • A monthly commercial review with recommendations
  • One accountable Pipeli project lead

Engagement model

Start with a 90-day pilot. Continue when the opportunity is proven.

Start here

90-Day Channel Development Pilot

A fixed three-month engagement to establish a repeatable process and test market interest.

  1. Month 1 · EstablishAgree targets, regions and distributor criteria; set up messaging, pipeline and reporting; begin outreach.
  2. Month 2 · DevelopContinue outreach, qualify responsive candidates and coordinate partner conversations.
  3. Month 3 · AdvanceProgress active discussions, review market feedback and recommend whether and how to continue.

The pilot does not guarantee that a distributor will sign an agreement or place orders within 90 days.

Then

Ongoing Channel Development & Management

Typically a six- or twelve-month engagement.

  • Continued distributor recruitment
  • Additional regions or channels
  • Partner activation and regular follow-up
  • Existing-partner coordination
  • Pipeline management and periodic reporting

The monthly fee depends on assigned capacity, responsibilities, coverage and specialist needs. Quoted per proposal.

One Pipeli lead manages priorities, quality and reporting. Approved research, Portuguese-language outreach and follow-up are carried out by allocated local commercial-development capacity — not necessarily a dedicated full-time person. People, roles and capacity are confirmed in each proposal.

Scope and boundaries

A clear mandate. Defined responsibilities.

  • Products and target channels
  • Geographic coverage
  • Assigned operating capacity
  • Approved accounts and protected relationships
  • CRM, reporting and review cadence
  • Monthly fee, engagement period and expenses

Pipeli develops and coordinates commercial relationships under an agreed mandate. You keep authority over commercial terms, pricing, contracts, import arrangements and final sales decisions. Legal, financial, technical and regulated representation services require appropriate specialist arrangements.

Questions

Before you start

Are you a distributor or importer?

No. Pipeli develops and coordinates suitable local channel partnerships. You and your appointed partners keep responsibility for sales, imports and distribution.

Can you work with our existing distributor list?

Yes. We can start with your existing candidates, assess their fit, conduct approved outreach and manage follow-up. You do not need to buy another research list.

Can you support our existing Brazil representative or partners?

Yes. Engagements can complement existing local leadership with structured recruitment, partner follow-up, coverage research and pipeline coordination.

Do you guarantee distributor agreements or sales?

No. We commit to the agreed work, capacity, reporting and process. Partner decisions, negotiations and market conditions remain outside our control.

Do you provide a dedicated Brazilian team?

Local operating capacity is allocated per engagement. The proposal defines the people or roles involved, available capacity, responsibilities and management.

How do we start?

With an introductory discussion. We review your products, objectives, current channel situation and target market before proposing a scoped 90-day pilot or another suitable engagement.

Who is developing your distribution network in Brazil?

Tell us what you manufacture, where you want to grow and what commercial resources you already have in Brazil. We'll discuss whether a managed channel-development engagement makes sense.
